The website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
Our website is owned and operated by Gifto Graphix Gifts and Accessories Trading (name of the Company) located at Doha, Qatar. Our website provides an online shopping platform through which users/buyers/customers (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”) will have the opportunity to buy products and services listed on our website (collectively, the “Services”).
You agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order for non-personalized products (the products that DO NOT require printing or engraving etc.), then you will have to do so at least seven (7) days before the estimated date of delivery and if the Buyer fails to do so then the order will not be cancelled.
The Buyer do not have an option to cancel order for the products that DO need personalization like printing or engraving etc. However, you can write to us via an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation request. This request shall be approved ONLY if the process of personalization i.e. printing or engraving etc. on the product is not started at our workshop.
The buyer will be notified about the estimated date of delivery in advance while placing the order on the website and accordingly you need to inform us about the cancellation before the stipulated deadlines. To cancel your order, you must inform us by writing to us via email at – email@example.com
We put our best efforts to provide the best-quality products on our website. Please make sure that you have enough information about the products before placing an order for the same.
Not all Products can be returned owing to their customized/personalized nature. The products that are made to your specifications or are personalized in nature are not subject to return. If a particular product in its description mentions that the Product can be returned, then you need to follow the procedure as laid down.
Raise the request to Return the product within fourteen (14) days of delivery by writing to us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The product should not be used, damaged, misused or mishandled by the Buyer. The products should be in their original condition and factory sealed packaging. If the product is taken out of the original packaging or is used or damaged by the Buyer, the product won’t be eligible for return.
If the Buyer is delivered with a faulty product then the Buyer shall intimate us within two (2) days from the date of delivery about the same by writing an email at email@example.com along with the pictures of the faulty product. We shall process the request of return for faulty product only when the same is notified to us within two (2) days from the date of delivery of the Product.
The buyer shall self-ship the product(s) to us for Return. You are responsible to pay the cost (which shall be same as delivery cost) and bear the risk for returning the products to us on the below-given address. P.O.Box 6060
We shall not be held responsible for any damage or lost in the return shipment. Kindly pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use insured and trackable mail service for the return.
We reserve the right to refuse return for any product that does not meet the above-mentioned criteria or if the Buyer in any way breaches or misuse this policy in our sole discretion. Products on sale are non-returnable.
Firstly, the refunds are available only for the products that have in their description mentioned that the said product can be returned and refunded;
If the Product you purchased falls in the category of Refundable Product then we shall offer a refund of the amount only if the Buyer cancels the order seven (7) days before the delivery of the Product but if the Buyer fails to do so then the delivery shall not be cancelled. We offer a full refund of the amount if it is intimated to us within seven (7) days from the date of intimation of the exact date of delivery of products is made to the Customer. The buyer is eligible for full refund if the return request is raised with 14 days of delivery.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
The Buyer shall receive the refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
The refund for returned products will only be initiated once the product is received by us and if it passes the quality check. Once the refund for return product is initiated the buyer shall receive the refund within 7-10 business days into the source account.
